An initial Consultation can take up to 1.5 hours. During this time, a comprehensive case history is taken and questions asked regarding conditions and presenting symptoms, family medical history, all body systems, diet & lifestyle, any current medications/supplements. With your permission, I may ask to look at your tongue, nails and irides for diagnostic purposes – this builds a better picture when assessing overall health status.

Once all relevant information has been gathered, a personalised treatment plan is formulated providing the body with the optimum chance to start healing and may include advice on diet, relevant supplements, lifestyle, exercise & any other suitable therapies.

If necessary, pathology/functional tests maybe recommended such as a full thyroid panel test, adrenal stress index test or homocysteine test etc. On occasion it may be useful to refer the Client to other practitioners as part of an integrated health care approach.
